looking to book a birthday party at the farm? (Seasonal)

• Two picnic tables outside (fitting 8-10 people at each table) in the barnyard
• 10 wristbands for admission to the farm 
• 2 complementary wristbands for party hosts to chaperone their guests
• 3 hours for birthday fun 
• Any additional wristbands needed are sold at the price of $15 (plus tax) per wristband 
• Tents are NOT included

• Two tables inside our event barn fitting 20-24 people 
• 15 wristbands for admission to the farm 
• 3 complementary wristbands for party hosts to chaperone their guests
• 3 hours for birthday fun 
• Any additional wristbands needed are sold at the price of $15 (plus tax) per wristband

• The event barn to yourself holding up to 60 people inside 
• 20 wristbands for admission to the farm 
• 4 complementary wristbands for party hosts to chaperone their guests 
• If you wish to use the barn for your private event the time options included are  10:00 am - 1:00 pm OR 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm 
• Any additional wristbands needed are sold at the price of $15 (plus tax) per wristband

• If you wish to order pizza you can have it delivered to the farm by any local pizzerias such as  
  • Franco's Pizzeria- Walden (845) 778-7574
  • Carmelas- Montgomery (845) 457-3021
  • Cascarinos- Montgomery (845) 457-1014 
• If you decide to choose package two inside the event barn - there is a possibility that another birthday party will be inside the barn as well. 
• You can interchange wristbands with children or adults. For example, if you chose package two with 15 wristbands and only 6 children are coming to the party... you can give the additional 9 wristbands to adults that are attending the party BUT every person who wishes to enjoy the farm activities must have a wristband.

Birthday Package Rules & Guidelines 

• We do kindly ask our adult guests to bring no alcohol on to the premise for birthday parties. 
• For every 6 children, they must be accompanied by 1 adult to supervise in the farm activities.
• Every guest attending party must sign mandatory waiver- link is provided at the bottom of the page. 

Please be respectful to the TP on The Farm guidelines- if guests of your party are found in the barnyard without a wristband they will be asked to head to the front desk to purchase one. Any additional wristbands needed will be provided at the group rate price of $15(plus tax).
